Use the registration form on this page to provide your information and complete a referral.
Invite your friends and family
Provide contact information AND a valid email address for the friends or family members you would like to refer OR share the offer via social media. Your friends will receive an email notification containing registration instructions and offer requirements.
Get rewarded
Once your friend registers for the referral offer using your personal referral link and completes one of the offers listed below, you will each receive a Visa® Reward Card. The more friends you refer, the more you can earn – up to $500 per calendar year!

Eligibility
To open an account at Affidian Credit Union we will confirm eligibility during the account opening process. To be considered eligible you must be a state government employee in the state of Colorado or a family member of an existing member of Affidian Credit Union.
Affidian Credit Union – Refer-A-Friend Account Offers
The referring member (Referrer) will receive a $50 Visa® Reward Card for each individual (Referred Person) who registers for the offer, opens a new Affidian Credit Union account, and completes the offer requirements within the specified timeframe. Referrals will expire after 120 days. To make a referral, the Referrer must first register for the program and share the offer with their friends, family, or coworkers.
A Referrer may earn up to ten Visa® Reward Cards—valued at $500 total—per calendar year. To qualify, the Referrer must be an Affidian Credit Union member with a current account in good standing at the time of the referral and when the Referred Person fulfills the offer requirements. The Referred Person must not have an existing Affidian Credit Union account to be eligible for this promotion.
Marketing Communication
By participating in the program, the Referrer authorizes Affidian Credit Union and ReferLive to send communications to the Referred Person. If the Referred Person has previously opted out of marketing communications from Affidian Credit Union or ReferLive, the message may not be delivered.
Individuals who register through ReferLive consent to receive program-related emails unless they choose to opt out via ReferLive or by using the opt-out option in any of the emails. The Referred Person acknowledges that a Visa® Reward Card will be issued to the Referrer once all conditions of the offer have been met within the designated timeframe.

Reward Card
Please allow four to six weeks after all requirements are completed for delivery of the Visa® Reward Card. Reward Cards are subject to the terms and conditions provided with the card and may be reported to the IRS as income. Visa® is a registered trademark of Visa, Inc., which is not a sponsor of this promotion and is not affiliated with Affidian Credit Union.
